Blasting / Stripping
We have the facility for chemical stripping and shot blasting here too (smaller components).
Any item that is stripped is then blasted, this ensures an extremely good key for the coating process.
Pre-treatment
All components undergo a pre-treatment process which includes a phosphate application for steel and alloy parts to ensure maximum adhesion of powder and a longer life finish on the component.
